PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Standard International Shipping: 8-20 business days

Express Shipping (where available): 5-10 business days

 

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $75 USD. Flat rate $5.99 USD on orders under $75.

Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

 

MULTI-CURRENCY

Kolyra displays prices in multiple currencies for your convenience. All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
