We want you to love your Kolyra order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email us at support@kolyra.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

 

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. Please email support@kolyra.com to arrange an exchange.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Final sale items are non-returnable. This will be clearly marked on the product page.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kolyra.com with photos and your order number. We will cover all costs for replacement or refund.
