How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Standard international shipping takes 8-20 business days. Express shipping (where available) takes 5-10 business days.

Do you ship to Canada and internationally?

Yes! We ship across Canada and internationally. Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Email support@kolyra.com to initiate a return.

How do I know what size to order?

We recommend ordering your usual size. Our dresses are designed with a relaxed, flowy fit. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Contact us if you need specific measurements.

Can I exchange for a different colour or size?

Yes! We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. Email support@kolyra.com to arrange an exchange.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kolyra.com with photos and your order number. We will cover all costs for replacement or refund.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your order through the carrier's website.
